The Task

Your choosy uncle and his family members lives in the United States. They will visit Hong Kong from December 17 to December 19, 2005, while World Trade Organization (WTO) Hong Kong Ministerial Conference is going to be held in December.

Your busy mother is asking you to organise a 3-day trip for them so every member can enjoy the trip. You need your friends' sincere help because your uncle and his family members are very choosy and have different interests and needs. Your classmates agree to help you. Now you are required to verbally tell the family about their visit with the help of a well-compiled itinerary. Your uncle emphasizes that the resorts planned should be different from those in the United States and they wanted to go everywhere together.

The family has five members. Your mother has given you the following information about them.

Old Mrs Choosy, Grandmother	70 years old, Chinese	She is eager to take authentic Hong Kong food in an old restaurant and makes wishes in a temple so her grandchildren will have good academic results. She is easily sick along a long journey.
Mr Choosy, Uncle	40 years old, Chinese	He is an architect. He loves to walk around old districts for inspiration. He also wants to see whether there are changes in Hong Kong at a glance.
Mrs Choosy, Auntie	35 years old, American	She has never seen horse racing. She doesn't like shopping.
Charles Choosy, Cousin	12 years old, boy	He wants to be mature soon. He is keen on Chinese History, especially about wars.
Cecilia Choosy, Cousin	5 years old, girl	She has gone to Disleyland in the United States. She wants to visit other theme parks. She likes watch animals but she don’t like to see animals which lives in cages.
