Learning Community server is a web page hosting service for all faculty students to publish their web project homepages. Each elgible user has a space of 15MB for storage.

The mission of the Learning Community is to provide web spaces for all students and graduates of Faculty of Education to fulfill the following purposes:

• Submit personal or group web projects for IT courses
• Permanently keep the web projects in Faculty server.
• Share education resources to Faculty students and graduates.

Target users

Our target users include faculty students and graduates of:

• Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Information Technology in Education) Programme
• Master of Arts Programme in Information Technology in Education Programme
• Full-time Undergraduate Programmes
• Higher Degrees Programmes
• Postgraduate Diploma in Education Programmes

Searching web pages

Users can search web pages in the learning community by selecting the cousres and the person.

System also provides a search engine for users to search the web pages by entering the academic subject name, target audience and/or keywords.

Add-on tools for web owner

System provides ready-to-use counters, guestbooks and survey creation tools for web page owners.
